Automated Telephone Booking Service
We now have an automated appointment booking service available for our patients to use at any time of the day, including weekends where you can:
- Book an Appointment
- Change your Appointment
- Cancel your Appointment
- Request Appointment to discuss Test Results
- Request continuation Fit/Sick notes
Between 8.00 am and 9.00 am to help alleviate telephone demand you can book GP Telephone Consultation Appointments. After 9.00 am there is an option to book pre-bookable GP appointments up to 3 weeks in advance. These are subject to availability (Monday-Friday).
You can also book routine Nurse Appointments including:
- Smear Test
- Continuation Pill/Contraception
- Vaccinations and Injections
- First dressing changes
- Clip and Suture Removals
- Asthma Reviews
Health Care Assistant Appointments include:
- Blood Test (If advised by a GP)
- Blood Pressures
- ECGs (If advised by a GP)
- B12 Injection
- INR Warfarin
- Ongoing Dressing Changes
Womens Health Clinic Appointments include:
- Peri-Menopause
- Menopause
- Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Gynaecological Problems
- Contraceptive Implants and Coils
And Immunisations:
- Men ACWY vaccine (teenagers and new university students under the age of 25)
- Shingles Vaccine (Over 65)
- Pneumonia Vaccine (Over 65)
